Before you book
Do you work with homes or businesses?
Both. Home users and small businesses get the same service, paid per job.
Will I lose my files?
Your data is checked before any work begins. If a repair puts files at risk, you'll be told first and offered a backup.
Do I need a contract?
No. You pay for the job you need doing and nothing else.
What if it can't be fixed?
You'll get an honest answer and the options, whether that's a replacement, recovering your data, or recycling the old device.
